PepsiCo expects that by 2027 every customer will have access to PepsiHub platform, and 80% of them will complete orders exclusively online.
Digitization is one of the company's strategic growth areas and includes four key directions:
- abandoning cash transactions (cashless)
- minimizing the use of paper in the organization's daily operations (paperless)
- customer self-service order management and automation (self service&field automation)
- digital work environment for customers (customer digital workplace)
